She also supports expats exploring self-employment pathways like the DAFT visa in the Netherlands. Karyn is an author, organizational guru, and occasional DJ who loves a good transformation—whether it’s a resume, a room, or a mindset.

A civil engineer and construction manager originally from Haiti, Vardy brings precision, practicality, and a “safety first” mindset to every project. Whether it’s fixing what’s broken or building what’s next, he’s always up for a challenge and never without a plan. He’s the calm, kind, and capable force who makes small construction projects feel like no big deal.
